JIIPE Gresik's First Integrated Industrial Area in Indonesia, Officially Opened by Indonesian President Joko Widodo

First in Indonesia, the JIIPE industrial area was finally officially opened by the Indonesian President Joko Widodo. JIIPE stands for Java Integrated and Ports Estate (JIIPE) is a realization of a concept that is becoming a reality, namely the first integrated industrial area in Indonesia as well as the largest in East Java.

The inauguration was attended by President Jokowi, President Director of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, Haryanto Adikoesoemo, and Director of Engineering, Information Technology, and Communication at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III, Husein Latief.

According to Haryanto, JIIPE as an integrated industrial area is a mega project that has been planned for a long time since May 2012. With an integrated deep sea port, this JIIPE industrial area in Gresik will have direct access to all domestic and international markets. This certainly boosts the Indonesian economy.

The JIIPE industrial area is also equipped with residential / residential areas with educational and entertainment facilities, even the largest golf course plan in East Java, all with the aim and hope of being able to provide a good quality of life for people who live and work in the JIIPE Gresik industrial area . JIIPE Gresik Industrial Estate will become a proud independent industrial city.
